SAMHI Hotels Expands Hyderabad Footprint with New 260-Room Lease Deal
SAMHI Hotels Limited has secured a strategic lease agreement for a 260-room mid-scale property in Hyderabad's Financial District, partnering with Aurean Eskar and other lessors. The deal structures payments as a performance-linked variable lease, aligning land value realization with operational success—a capital-efficient model reflecting SAMHI's growth strategy.
The project marks SAMHI's third hotel in the district, complementing its upscale Sheraton and upper mid-scale Fairfield by Marriott properties. With fitout costs estimated between ₹12.5-14.3 crore, the development strengthens the group's multi-tier pricing presence in the micro-market.
Aurean Eskar will handle initial construction before SAMHI assumes control for completion, a collaboration described by Managing Partners Pushkin Reddy and Rithwik Mali as a landmark balancing West Hyderabad's commercial real estate portfolio.
